Shipping policy

Your orders will be shipped from Monday thru Friday from 9AM to 5PM. We are closed on weekends so orders placed during Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Delivery Options - We have a variety of shipping options to deliver your orders. For Singapore domestic deliveries, we use J&T and Qxpress. For orders to be delivered outside of Singapore, some of our courier options that can be seen upon checkout are FedEx, UPS, SingPost, and Aramex. Our customers will have the option to select which delivery service will be used upon check-out. 

Fees - Shipping and delivery fees may vary depending on your delivery location. 

Delivery timeframe - For orders within Singapore, deliveries are expected to be completed within 5 business days. For orders for delivery outside of Singapore, delivery time will depend on the shipping service selected upon check-out as well as customs clearance. International orders can be expected to take at most, 2 weeks but can also be as fast as 3 days.  depending on your delivery location.

Delivery delays - If delays are experienced, kindly get in touch with hello @ motorradsgcom and will immediately get back to you and coordinate with the shipping company to check on the status of your order.
