For warranty claims, kindly e-mail us at hello [@] motorradsg.com the images and/or video of the product, the invoice number, and an explanation of the warranty claim. If needed, we may request for the item to be shipped to us with the cost of shipping/delivery shouldered by the customer. Motorrad SG Pte. Ltd. will shoulder the expense related to shipping the warranty claimed items back to the customer.

Be informed that all warranty claims will depend on the decision of Motorrad SG Pte. Ltd. if the warranty claim has merit and can be repaired or replaced.

Warranty Conditions:
  • The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • Any warranty services do not alter the original warranty period.
  • Warranty claims may only be made for normal types of use.
  • In the event of a recognized warranty claim, costs for assembly, transport and breakdown shall not be assumed. In addition, subsequent costs, compensation and consequential damages are excluded.
  • Warranty claims must be communicated to Motorrad SG Pte. Ltd. immediately after the defect has occurred.
  • The components are to be returned or handed over to Motorrad SG Pte. Ltd. clean and intact.
  • No refunds will be issued for warranty claims.
  • Warranty claims covers products sold through Motorrad SG Pte. Ltd. from May 1, 2024

Warranty coverage is void if:
  • Damage due to improper assembly or handling
  • Damage due to inadequate care and maintenance
  • Damage due to wear or overload
  • Damage due to falls, accidents or mechanical damage
  • Articles no longer in their original condition
  • Damage caused by the addition or conversion of components not approved by the manufacturer
  • Corrosion due to damaged surfaces/coatings
  • Bleaching of colours and surfaces (fading)

Warranty coverage excludes the following:
  • Seat conversions, seat cushions, rubber parts, luggage nets
  • Locks and keys
  • Clasps and fastening straps, zippers
  • Products from other manufacturers
  • Electrical/electronic components
