We at MOTORRAD SG PTE. LTD. would like to make your online buying experience with us easy and worry-free. We try to stock as much as we can to serve our customers better but there are some instances wherein product availability can be a concern and preordering would be our way in solving this. 

If an order is placed with a preorder condition, we at MOTORRAD SG PTE. LTD. will aim to deliver the products within 4 to 6 weeks. If it is in our powers to deliver it sooner, we will definitely try to make it happen for you. 

In some circumstances where we are not able to meet the timeline of delivering your order within 4 to 6 weeks, we will be glad to refund you the full amount of your order.
